[Photo|Babu Owino]Questions of Embakasi East MP Babu Owino's whereabouts have been raised, after he was was re-arrested.The ODM first time controversial MP, had been released on cash bail of Sh500,000, Wednesday, after he faced charges of allegedly insulting President Uhuru Kenyatta.He was later re-arrested shortly after leaving the Milimani Law Courts, over an incident he allegedly committed while still a SONU student leader.His Constituency office, sent a statement, Thursday at 7am, which read: "As at today (28th Sept, 2017,Thursday) at 6.30am.We still don't know where Babu Owino is.We don't know what transpired at night. We don't know where he was taken yesterday after being transferred from Pangani police station.We ask all the Kenyans of goodwill together with comrades, to come out at large and help us demand for answers from the government where the Embakasi East MP is. Regards Babu Owino 's constituency office."However, few minutes later, the ODM lawmaker notified his supporters that his case had been scheduled for 9am at the Kibra Law Courts."My Case is scheduled for Kibra Law Court from 9am. I would love to recognise and appreciate in a special way all patriots who have stood by me all the way. We will emerge stronger! Tupatane Kibra Law Court watu wangu!" he said.
