The MP for Embakasi East constituency was released on bail against the wishes of the prosecution,on Wednesday afternoon

Reading the bail ruling ,the Milimani Law courts principal magistrate said that he did not find enough reasons to deny the accused person bail.

The accused was facing judges of subversion,and incitement, owing the remarks he allegedly uttered during a recent NASA rally in Kawangware

He was released on bail of Ksh 500000,and assurity of a similar amount
