[ Photo| Nation]Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongili popularly known as Babu Owino risks losing his parliamentary seat following a fight he had with his counterpart of Starehe constituency Charles Njagua.Owino and Njagua popular known as Jaguar engaged in a fist fight at Parliament buildings in October 10, 2017 following an argument over the legitimacy of the presidency and respect for President Uhuru Kenyatta.Following the incident, a voter, Bernard Abuya Momanyi, moved to court on Thursday, December 14, seeking to have Owino removed from office following his conduct. According to the petitioner, the physical confrontation between the two legislators was a dishonourable conduct. Through his petition, he has accused the ODM legislator of attacking Jaguar.
