Embakasi East MP Babu Owino on Monday said that Miguna is a man seeking public sympathy and attention with no clear agenda of what he wants to achieve.

"Miguna Miguna is a sad man. Uhuru-Raila peace agreement put a drastic stop to his foreign public lectures which were a booming business where he charged entry and fees for those who took pictures with him. This man must be exposed," said Owino.

"Miguna would want us to believe that he has the best interest of the families of those who perished as a result of last year's general election at heart when we know that he is a pretender. He never contributed a coin to the families not to mention paying any of them a visit," he added.

Miguna has been at the forefront of criticising Uhuru over his recent deportation to Toronto Canada after making an unsuccessful return to the country when he was barred from entering Kenya at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.

He has also consistently accused Raila of paying him a deaf ear following his deportation after he oversaw his swearing in as the people's president on January 30, 2018.
