[Photo/the-star]Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongiki aka Babu Owino spent his second night at a police cell in Kileleshwa police station as he awaits a ruling on Wednesday on whether he will be released on bail or not.Owino had spent his first night at Pangani police station after he was arrested on Monday and taken to the the Directorate of Criminal Investigations headquarters in Kiambu for grilling.He is alleged to have insulted the President Uhuru Kenyatta during National Super Alliance (Nasa) rally in Nairobi, Kawangware on Sunday.The fierce ODM legislator was arraigned at Milimani Law Courts on Tuesday where he denied two charges leveled against him.The first charge the first time MP is facing is subversion while the second charge is incitement to violence.If found guilty, Owino risks spending up to seven years in prison.
