Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has said he will not relent in his fight for justice against the Jubilee regime.

The MP has remained defiant despite several allegations of crime against him.

While referring to his arrest as uncalled for, the MP claimed that Jubilee was applying the law in discrimination as they had let their politicians go scot-free in past criminal incidences.

"A few months ago, a Jubilee legislator assaulted an IEBC returning officer in full glare of the media yet she's never been arrested," he said.

"The rogue regime is using the police force to intimidate me on baseless accusations but I want to assure you that I will get out of this cell stronger and ready to fight for the less fortunate. Aluta continua," he added.

Babu Owino was arrested on Friday and is set to be arraigned in court on Monday to face several charges.

It is said that he was captured on camera assaulting a security guard in Westlands.
