[Photo/tuko.co.ke]Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino's mother broke down into tears at the Kibera law courts moments after his son was freed on bail.Owino who had been re-arrested on Wednesday at the Milimani law courts for allegedly manhandling a witness in a case questioning his election as Embakasi East MP and preventing the voter from casting his ballot contrary to Elections Act, was first arrested on Monday for allegedly hurling insults at President Uhuru Kenyatta.Appearing before the court on Thursday, the ODM legislator denied the charges and was released on a bond of Sh200,000.Moments after his release, Owino's mother was pictured shedding tears in courts as Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris comforted her.The first-term lawmaker had spent three nights in different police cells.
