Confirming the news on Monday, Bandari FC Technical Director Twahir Muhiddin noted that the player who initially featured for Rayon Sport was the club's latest addition to the squad.
The KPL side also signed former Gor Mahia and Kakameka Homeboyz striker Wycliffe Ochomo in a bid to enhance their striking force.
Muhiddin exuded confidence that the new signings will help the club effectively compete in top-flight football.
“We have blended experienced players and youngsters and we are looking forward to a successful season,” he said.
“Our major undoing last year was attacking and that is why we have decided to sign Ochomo,” he added.
The former Harambee Stars coach further revealed that the club had promoted five junior players to the senior team.
The Coastal-based club finished 10th last season with 43 points, and will face Sofapaka in their opening match ofo the new season on February 4 at the Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos.
