Bandari has re-signed former midfield David King’atua from Swedish third division side Oskarshamn.
With teams getting ready for the new season, there are only 14 days left to the closure of the two-month registration period.
According to Bandari Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Edward Oduor, who spoke to the media, it was a great move to have the former Kenyan international back.
“We’ve also promoted four players from our youth team and recalled striker John Avirre from a loan spell at Homeboyz. We are headed to Nyanza for the burial of our team manager (Alfred Achayo) Thursday before pitching camp in Machakos from Saturday for our preseason,” Oduor told Nation.
The Mombasa-based team has also acquired the services of Farouk Shikhalo (Posta Rangers), Anthony Kimani (unattached), Wycliffe Ochomo (Kakamega Homeboyz), Nicholas Mejja and Boniface Akenga (Nakumatt).
The club continues with its recruitment process ahead of the start of the 2018 Kenya Premier League, which kicks off on February 3.
Bandari opens their 2018 campaign with a match against 2017 runner-up Sofapaka on February 4 at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos County.
