Benachi of the hit song Mwanake through a social media post shared the news through a series of photos while in the hospital bed at an unknown facility.

It was not clear what Benachi is suffering from as he did not disclose more information.

He urged his fans to pray for him for a quick recovery.

Benachi relocated to the US in 2015 to join his family.
