Want to sooth your feet? Baking soda does great work at that. Baking soda not only removes bacteria and odors, it also helps in prevention of toenail fungus. Create a foot bath with warm water and a tablespoon of baking soda for a soother foot.

It is a natural deodorant, it can be created through a careful mixture of baking soda with enough water to make a milky paste or mix it with talcum powder. It is then rubbed under the underarms or even the feet to absorb sweat giving you that clean and dry feeling.

The soda can also help relieve itching caused by bug bites. You can create a paste with a teaspoon of soda and water and apply it to the bite. Do this for at least three sessions a day until the bite disappears. Allergic rashes can also be neutralized by a paste of the soda.
