There are so many factors that attribute to hair loss. 

Hair loss can be as a result of bad hair health, auto-immune diseases, nutritional deficiencies and so on. 

There so many ways to prevent hair loss. 

One way is by using cosmetic products which might be unfriendly and costly to some people. 

Apart from  the cosmetic products, there are natural herbs that can be used to prevent hair loss which include;

Aloe vera

It is a wonderful herb that has been used for centuries. 

It has anti-microbial and antioxidants properties which have positive impact on the body. 

Aloe vera not only curbs hair loss, but it also promotes hair re-growth.

Cut the plant into slices and draw out  2 tablespoons of gel. Dab the extract on your scalp and gently massage it for a couple of minutes. 

Leave the gel to stand for two hours, then wash it off using shampoo. Reiterate twice a week.

Neem

Neem also known as "mwarubaini" in Swahili, is a wonderful herb that cures different ailments. 

Neem has anti-microbial properties which combat hair loss by improving blood circulation to the scalp when dabbed. 

Add 2 cups of water and the neem leaves in a sufuria and boil for 10 minutes. 

Leave the infusion to cool and strain it into a jug.  

Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and rinse it using the infusion. Use it after every wash.

Ginger

 Ginger stimulate hair growth and treat dandruff. 

Pulverise the ginger inside a muslin cloth and extract a juice. 

Mix the extract with sesame oil and massage the mixture to your scalp and wait for 30 minutes before washing it off using a shampoo. 

Repeat this thrice a week.
