In life, breakups happen.

Mending a broken heart is never easy.And there is no quick way to stop your heart from hurting so much.
To move forward in life quickly, do not allow a heartbreak to send you into a negative mental state, that may cause mental disorders.
Here are tips that can help you patch up your torn heart and help you heal fast and move on.
Cut off ALL contact.
You broke up with them and keeping things that reminisce you, moments together will haunt your peace.
Get rid of any physical item that reminds you of your ex.
Checklist on the following(block and delete) instantly: Email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, any other social media, phone number and WhatsApp.
Doing so will distance you from them.
Don't do the 'let's be friends' thing.It will hurt you more.
Allow yourself to grieve.
Cry out.
Listen to sad songs.
Let yourself feel the pain and heartbreak.
Don't try to suppress your feelings with external things like drugs, booze or other vices.
They'll just numb you for a while but the heartbreak is still on when the effects wear off.
Face it and accept that your heart has been shattered to pieces.
Move fast and don't look back.
This is time to try new things.
Try to be busy to remain distracted which is a good escape to heal your wounded heart.
Develop yourself into a better person, in whatever that you may be interested in.
You can meet new people and talk to them, make new friends, start working out and spend more time with family.
