President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto have been told to be careful with Budalang’i MP Ababu Namwamba’s political games.
According to former Budalang’i MP Raphael Wanjala, Ababu hasn't yet left ODM and that he is using mind games with the Jubilee administration.
Mr Wanjala who has declared to run against Namwamba in 2017 on a Jubilee ticket says Namwamba’s failure to officially resign from his position as ODM Secretary General raises questions about where his heart belongs.
“Ababu is misleading the president and the DP. He is still an ODM member,” Wanjala said on Wednesday in Nairobi.
The former lawmaker was also quick to criticize Namwamba’s ten years in Parliament saying he has done nothing for the people of Budalang'i.
“Ababu has done little for the people of Budalang'i in ten years. His time is up,” he added.
This comes at a time when Namwamba is traversing the country selling his “Third Force” movement in readiness for the 2017 polls.
