[Photo|PSCU]Former Bumula MP Sylvester Bifwoli Wakoli has graduated with a Masters degree in Education.The teacher turned politician was first elected into Parliament in 2002, succeeding Lawrence Sifuna.A career trade unionist and teacher, Wakoli has distinguished himself as a performer.Wakoli Bifwoli, as he prefers to be referred, once stated his desire to run for Kenya's presidency in the 2013 national elections. He vowed to legalize 'busaa', a traditional brew, if he assumed the presidency. Wakoli who was elected to represent Bumula Constituency in Bungoma, in 2007 election, also served an Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Lands in the Grand Coalition government.The father and husband was conferred with his his Masters degree at Kibabii University by its Chancellor President Uhuru Kenyatta, during its 2nd graduation ceremony on Thursday.Wakoli was a member of Ford Kenya but vowed to support Uhuru's re-election in August general elections.
