Top senior politicians may have been thrown to drawing board after President Uhuru Kenyatta completed naming his full cabinet and subsequent filling of key position.
Throughout his campaigns, Uhuru absorbed a host of politicians particularly those leaning to opposition but many are yet to be rewarded with state jobs.
While Ex-Meru governor Peter Munya landed a cabinet slot, some like Ababu Namwamba, Chris Obure and even Raphael Tuju also managed to make it.
However, a number of key politicians continues languishing in cold with Jubilee Chief Agent Davies Chirchir being on top of the list.
Among other big names missing include Ex-Senate Speaker Ekwee Ethuro, former governors David Nkedienye and Isaac Ruto. The two ditched NASA ahead of October elections.
Also, former Vihiga governor Moses Akaranga and his Baringo counterpart Benjamin Cheboi are yet to see light at the end of the tunnel.
For Cheboi, hs case could be unique given that Uhuru awarded senatorial loser Simon Chelugui Water docket at his expense.
Others are Hassan omar, who unsuccessfully viewed Mombasa gubernatorial seat, Paul Otuoma and Danson Mungata.
interestingly, Mung'atana has been seeking for a job and is on record losing Tana River Speaker and Clerk positions.
