World's billionaire best hearing aid expert William Austin paid Kisumu Governor Prof. Anyang' Nyong'o a courtesy call at his office on Wednesday.
Austin who transformed a hearing-aid repair shop into one of the world's largest hearing aids companies, Starkey Hearing Technologies, opened his first shop in 1967 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Starkey Hearing Technologies, a private company, says it sells about 900,000 hearing aids a year.
Accompanied by his team, Austin were Kisumu county to conduct a hearing aid medical camp on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Lion's High School, Kisumu.
They intend to attend to hundreds of patients who are in dire need of hearing aids.
Also present at the meeting was Head of Delivery Units Kisumu County George Omondi and his assistant Caleb Opon.
