A daughter to Moi era billionaire Jackson Kibor has been charged with fraud.
Appearing before Resident Magistrate Charles Obulutsa in Eldoret, Loice Kibor was charged with duping Hosea Tenai Ksh1.6 million in pretext of importing for him a vehicle.
According to the prosecution, the prosecution, the alleged offence was committed between April and June this year
She, however, denied the charges and was released on a Ksh100,000 bond.
Earlier, the court had ordered for her arrest after she failed to appear in court.
The case is set to be heard on October 11, 2017.
In January 2017, Ms Kibor’s father made headlines when he wedded his 40-year-old wife before he even divorced his second wife after 51 years of marriage.
