The son of billionaire Kimani Rugendo was on Tuesday killed by a gang of unknown men who raided his house in Nairobi’s Ngumo estate.

According to The Star, Christopher Munange succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at Nairobi Hospital where he was rushed after the incident.

Reports indicate that Munange arrived home from work and found the gang already in his house where he was beaten.

After the attack, he was unconscious for some time but regained consciousness later to call his brother who took him to Nairobi Hospital where he passed on at about 4pm.

Police have launched investigations into the murder.
