Bini said this is uncalled for, paints bad  picture  and a breach to the constitution.

"As religious leaders we are really disappointed with how the executive are conducting themselves by disobeying the court orders, this is out of order and should be condemned with the strongest terms possible," Abubakar said.

Bini addressed the press in Eldoret town on Saturday.

"How do they expect Kenyans to obey court orders yet they are showing bad example, this is the highest level of impunity. Their actions could encourage other Kenyans to ignore court orders," added the Uasin Gishu CIPK chairman.

Bini faulted the state on the manner the handled  the National Revolutionary Movement leader (NRM) Miguna Miguna.

“We were not happy with the way Miguna Miguna was handled as if he is not a Kenyan yet he was born here, they could have given him a chance to appearing court  for the matter to be solved amicably,” noted Bini.
