[Photo| Robert Alai/Twitter]Controversial blogger Robert Alai has named five Cabinet Secretaries he says President Uhuru Kenyatta should not retain in his cabinet in his second term in office. Uhuru is anytime soon expected to name his new CSs after being re-elected in the October 26 fresh presidential poll. Reports indicate several Cabinet Secretaries who served in Kenyatta's first term in office will be re-appointed while others will be sent parking for not performing. According to Alai, the president should not maintain CSs Raychelle Omamo (Defence) , Hassan Wario (Sports), James Macharia (Transport and Infrastructure), Cleopa Mailu (Health) and Aden Mohamed (Industrialisation) in his new cabinet. The blogger noted that the five CSs were too incompetent. Alai further hit out at CS Mohammed saying he should face criminal charges following a crime he allegedly committed at Ashleys Saloon. "Under no circumstances should Uhuru maintain Omamo, Wario, Macharia, Mailu and Adan Mohammed in the cabinet. Too incompetent for anything. Adan Mohammed should also be charged with a criminal offence he committed at Ashleys Saloon. He knows what he did," Alai wrote in a tweet, Wednesday.
