Famous Jubilee blogger Robert Alai on Friday evening announced that he has withdrawn his support for the Jubilee government for cutting down taxation on betting by more than half (from 35% to 15%).
This wasn't a good decision for Alai who said it would encourage youths to irresponsibly engage in gambling activities.
He confirmed his resignation as Jubilee party blogger and threatened to return the Head of State Commendation (HSC) award that was given to him by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Kenyans on learning his resignation moved online to roast him over such move that they said was caused by a 'minor' subject - reduction of betting taxation.
