Controversial blogger Robert Alai has faulted National Super Alliance (NASA) MPs over the arrest of former Nairobi governor aspirant Miguna Miguna.
According to Alai, NASA MPs have failed to visit Miguna despite him being held by the police citing that they (MPs) fear Miguna's ego.
In his view, ODM allied MPs are the most uncaring of the lot and he believes it is wrong for the MPs to visit Makadara Mp George Aladwa but fail to pay a visit to Miguna.
"NASA allied MPs quickly located Aladwa and struggled to take selfies with him. Miguna Miguna scares their ego and wherever he is, they don't care. That's the sad reality of KE politics," posted Alai on Facebook on Sunday.
He added, "When I used to support Raila, the people who cared least about us whenever we were arrested were ODM MPs. They didn't give a damn unless the noise became too much then one or two would appear to take photos with you then disappear after that."
Alai however pointed out that the only politicians in ODM that can be relied on are Suna East Mp Junet Mohammed and former Gem legislator Jakoyo Midiwo.
"The politicians you'd always rely on are Junet Mohammed and Jakoyo Midiwo. All those others including the lawyer-MPs would not give a damn unless ODM was going to be billed for their appearances. That's the sad reality of Kenyan politics," Alai further reiterated.
Miguna was arrested on Friday morning at his Karen home after he participated in the controversial swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
Other leaders to be arrested in line with the swearing-in are Ruaraka Mp TJ Kajwang' and Makadara Mp George Aladwa.
