Nyakundi has been accused of publishing defamatory information about Safaricom's current and former bosses.

The directive was offered by Lady Justice Lucy Njuguna after notifying the court.

Safaricom CEO, Bob Collymore and his predecessor Michael Joseph had sued the blogger for publishing defamatory statements against them in his blog earlier this year.

"Mr Nyakundi is to personally attend court as it has been brought to attention of the court that he has continued to publish the defaming articles," said the Judge.

However, Nyakundi denies being given case documents on contempt of court proceedings against him over the matter.

The case will be mentioned on September 13.
