Flashy Nairobi lawyer Donald Kipkorir has abandoned his ‘learned friend’ Miguna Miguna in efforts to force the government bring him to Kenya after he was controversially deported to Canada about two months ago.

Kipkorir accused Miguna of disregarding Kenya’s existing laws and vowed not to call on the Jubilee administration to rescind its decision to send the embattled lawyer away.

“I hereby and formally withdraw my support for Miguna Miguna. I supported his constitutional rights as a Kenyan citizen but his politics is anarchist which I don’t aspire to. I am a constitutionalist and Miguna is anarchist. Let him remain in Canada,” he said.

In a tweet on Sunday, Kipkorir explained he took the decision after Miguna, who has announced to return to Kenya on May 16, went berserk on social media accusing President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga of being behind his woes.

“I fully support the constitutional rights of Miguna Miguna but as his daily rants have turned scorched-earth anarchism, I decided to withdraw my support for his return lest I may be counted as a member of his political ideology. I believe in revolutions, but not anarchism,” he reiterated.

But in a quick rejoinder, the former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate took issue with Kipkorir for ‘condemning’ him without according him a chance to explain himself.“Mr. @DonaldBKipkorir, you have condemned me unheard for the imaginary crime of "anarchy." CONSTITUTIONALLY, no one can be convicted and punished unheard. A fair trial is NOT abrogable under our constitution. I've never been convicted for any crime,” Miguna tweeted.
