Second timer bidder for the Presidency under the Alliance for Real Change Mr Abduda Dida has lost a court suit to stop the presidential debate slated for July 10 and 24.
On Friday, Judge John Mativo ruled that Dida's bid to stop the two debates lacked sufficient merit.
Dida wanted the two debates stopped because he felt like they bored some element of prejudice because the first debate on July 10 was to feature presidential candidates with less than five percent popularity rate, while the later was for those with over 5 percent.
