Former Changamwe MP Ramadhan Kajembe is a sad man after he lost his son and political heir Seif to the jaws of death.

The 45-year-old Seif was the one Kajembe family was grooming for politics after Kajembe's 30 years in active politics.

Seif died at 3 am on Tuesday at a hospital in India where he had been receiving treatment for kidney problems.

Kajembe who has since retired from active politics is the current chairman of the Kenya Ferry Services.

The late Seif was a good-humored person who touched the hearts of many a youth in Jomvu constituency.
