(Photo/Cyprian Muthoka)Kangundo Boys High school Principal Bernard Malonza will be transferred to another school, just a year after joining the school.The Principal who joined the school after guiding Ngelani Boys High school of Machakos led Kangundo to attain a one A- in the 2017 KCSE.It will be so unfortunate for the school losing a Principal who introduced remedial classes for students with an aim of boosting the school's performance in national exams.After Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi released a list of Principals who will be transferred to other schools, Malonza was among them and now will leave the school in February.During his reign in Kangundo, Malonza led the school to finish in position three in the Matungulu Constituency mock exams, an improvement from the previous exams where the school had managed positions 7 and 9.However, the school's Parents Teacher Association hopes to get another principal who will follow the footsteps of Malonza.
