The NASA opposition coalition has been hit with another blow in it quest to gain access to the IEBC servers that are based in Europe.
The Supreme Court had given the NASA legal team fettered access on the server but the commission has claimed that connectivity challenges have forced them to withhold the operations for some time.
The Supreme Court IT experts have thus stopped the scrutiny citing the connectivity challenges.
Early in the day, IEBC lawyer Paul Muite said the number of personnel was the main challenge and the fact that the server was in Europe some of their clients were not yet awake.
Some pundits have alleged that IEBC has sabotaged the scrutiny but the commission is yet to respond.
NASA is expected to give their report to the Supreme Court on Tuesday at 5 pm.
Kenyans can now wait with bated breath as it is now confirmed that the report has submission has been extended to 6 pm.
