Floppy Kisii Deputy Governor Joash Maangi ditched ODM party for the second time maintaining that he was confortable working with President Uhuru Kenyatta’s camp.

In unprecedented show of events a fortnight ago, Maangi, who had earlier ditched ODM, regretted his decision adding that he was in the Orange party to stay.

But at Nyanturago on Wednesday, Mr. Maangi dismissed claims that he had decamped from Jubilee and accused his opponents for spreading ‘propaganda’.

“Mr. President I want to reiterate that I am in Jubilee to stay. I know some people are determined to spoil my reputation but they can’t succeed.

“I will fight this war till Jubilee wins in August. That is my dedication and I call upon all Jubilee goodwill supporters to join me,” added Maangi amid laughter’s from the crowd.

Although he skipped addressing wrangles that have rocked Jubilee campaign team in Gusii, Maangi vowed to work with Chris Obure led camp.

Before announcing his bid to run for Kisii gubernatorial seat, Maangi shocked Jubilee supporters when he threw his support behind incumbent James Ongwae at a funeral in Marani.
