The nine legislators led by Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba said they were not happy with the way Party leader Raila Odinga and party chairman, John Mbadi were running the affairs of the party.

Speaking at a press briefing in Parliament on Tuesday, Ababu accused Mbadi of belittling some legislators.

"We are not happy with what Mbadi is doing. He has conducted several meetings in western Kenya without notifying sitting party MPs from the region," said Otuoma.

"Raila should tell us if we are guests in the party or not, so that we can make appropriate moves. We have contributed to the success of ODM," he added.

MPs at the press briefing included Paul Otuoma (Funyula), John Waluke (Sirisia), Raphael Otaalo (Lurambi) among others.
