Nakuru Senatorial Jubilee aspirant Susan Wakarura Kihika has suffered a major blow after the Political Parties Distubutes Tribunal nullified his candidature.The tribunal said Kihika's candidature is inelligible as she is still a public service officer.This came after it emerged that Kihika did not resign as a Speaker of Nakuru County Assembly before submitting her papers to IEBC."A declaration is hereby issued that Ms Wakarura's candidature for the Nakuru the Nakuru County senatorial seat on Jubilee party ticket is unconstitutional," the ruling read.The petition had been filed by nominated MCA Margret Kiiru who is also running for the same seat as an Independent candidate.
