The High Court granted the MP a reprieve in a case where she was trying to block the police from arresting her after her offensive insults to the Head of State.

High Court Judge Luka Kimaru ruled that Millie should not be arrested until investigations are done.

The MP was, however, instructed to appear at parliament police station on 12 January, at 10 am to help police with the investigation.

The case will be mentioned on January 17.
