Political drums sounded in high decibels in Kirinyaga when President Uhuru Kenyatta met Narc-Kenya party leader Martha Karua.

Uhuru urged Karua to join Jubilee Party if she wanted to work with him.

However, many were left in surprise after Karua left the venue following shouts of Jubilee slogans from the crowd when she was introduced.

Uhuru added his voice in the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat saying that he has not endorsed anybody for the seat. 

Kiriyanga gubernatorial seat has attracted several candidates including former Devolution CS Ann Waiguru.
