This was done through an order issued by Judge Lucy Njuguna of a Nairobi court this Monday.

“The court has put into consideration the case by Collymore and Joseph and has been satisfied that the two have sufficient evidence that Nyakundi has been defaming them,” stated judge Njuguna while issuing her ruling.

According to the judge, Nyakundi has been using his website http://www.kenyanlivefeed.com and other blogs to publish defamatory information.

Other than ordering him not to publish defamatory information about the two, the judge also ordered Nyakundi not to publish any other information concerning them

According to Collymore and Joseph, they wrote a letter to Nyakundi on May 30, 2016 asking him to cease from publishing defamatory information about them but he did not heed to their request.

Even as this order was issued by the courts, a story titled ‘Gaddo’s cartoon exposes Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore as corrupt’ was published on the website this Monday June 18th 2016.

In part of the said story, the writer whose name has not been provided states that ‘Bob Just needs to accept that he is corrupt and apologize for being corrupt and lying to Kenyans all this time that he is against the corruption cancer! Even the Bible says pretenders and worse than sinners.’

Another story titled ‘ Why is Bob Collymore Planning the assassination of Cyprian Nyakundi’, was published on June 12, 2016 on the same website.
