Kisumu county Nyalenda B MCA Paul were speaking today at Tom-mboya Labor college challenged boda boda operators not to extend their working hours up to late hours for their own security reasons and for their passengers safety.

The Nyalenda B MCA Were also called on unity amongst boda boda operators, stating they needed to have a work plan, in order to have a streamlined workforce.

According to the MCA working up to late hours necessitated into various crimes and unsafe state to both the customers and the boda boda operators.

He further noted that most of the boda boda lacked lighting and ended up working up to late hours that would erupt to accidents and bad crimes.

“We encourage for a streamline workforce with the boda boda operators, their working hours and job habits should be defined,” noted were.

The Nyalenda boda boda operator representative Benson Ogola also challenged his fellow boda boda operators for a streamlined workforce.

He called on them not to work up to late hours for their own safety at night and crime curbing, stating a few individuals took that advantage to get into crime.
