The rider’s body was found on Tuesday morning in his house by her sister.
The deceased sister only identified as Vane said they had a good time with his brother before they retired to bed on Tuesday night.
She said in the morning when the deceased took too long to wake up, she went to check on him only to find him dead with a bottle of poison next to his body.
“We had supper together happily before we went to sleep. I realised something was not good in the morning because my brother who is used to wake up early in the morning could not do so. I was shocked to see him dead yet no one quarreled with him,” she said.
The deceased colleague Francis Omete said the deceased on Saturday told him life has become hard for him and he will make a wrong decision.
“He had told me life has become tough for him but I never took it seriously because I thought he was kidding. It is painful to lose such young man,” said Omete.
His body was moved to Kisii teaching and referral hospital.
