A Mombasa man who hit headlines after his wife chopped off his manhood is dead.
Stephen Oyuga died on Tuesday after being involved a motorbike accident in Changamwe. The bodaboda operator is said to have hit a ditch while riding along Port Reitz Road and died on the spot.According to his elder brother, Erick Omondi, the deceased had intentions of relocating from Mombasa before he met his death. Omondi also said that Oyuga was yet to recover from the injuries he sustained after his wife chopped off his manhood with a kitchen knife.“He was still nursing his injuries when he met his death this morning. We had even agreed to withdraw the case because he was not comfortable with it as it had gone to the public,” said Omondi, as quoted By Nairobinews. Angel Mutuku, the deceased’s wife, had initially admitted to committing the crime but denied the charges a day later.Mutuku is reported to have chopped off her husband's manhood for over sleeping.
