Uasin Gishu County Commissioner Abdi Hassan has warned bodaboda operators against operating beyond the stipulated time.Hassan says directive that bodabodas operate between 6.00am and 11.00pm still stands.Speaking during Mashujaa day celebrations at the 64 Stadium in Eldoret town, Hassan further directed video show operators and poll stations to close latest 11.00pm.He also warned bar owners against operating past 11.00pm as required by the law."We will be enhancing patrols within the town and other urban centres beginning Monday to ensure there is law and order," Hassan said."If you have a motorcycle, be warned that if found riding around past 11.00pm you will have yourself to blame," he added.The County commissioner reaffirmed their commitment towards ensuring every resident in the county is protected from criminal elements especially at this time that the country is heading to the repeat Presidential election.
