Police boss Joseph Boinnet has broken his silence over the controversial case against televangelist James Ng'ang'a.
Boinnet came to the defense of the police after claims emerged that his blue boys handled the case recklessly leading to the release of Ng'ang'a an over inconsistent witness account.
Speaking in Karatina town, Boinett said the police handled the case professionally, he, however, said he was not satisfied with the ruling, hence the appeal.
Pastor Ng’ang’a had been charged with causing the death of Mercy Njeri through reckless driving. The accident occurred on the Naivasha-Nairobi Road at Manguo area on July 26, 2015.
