Human Rights activist Boniface Mwangi has said jails do not scare him.
Speaking during a breakfast show on Radio Maisha on Wednesday, the controversial activist insisted that his desire for a better Kenya cannot hold him from facing the high and mighty head on whom he accused of perpetuating graft , a situation he says has always landed him in the police cells.
He added that he descended from a family of brave and cowering in fear was just not his past time.
"I dont fear jail. My grandfather was a Mau Mau fighter and my father too was a social justice crusader. I cant just sit and watch some few individuals milk our country dry due to corruption," he said.
Mwangi, who is currently embroiled in a defamation case against the Deputy President William Ruto, further challenged the DP to publicly declare his wealth if indeed he made it through transparent means.
