Governor Isaac Ruto-led Chama Cha Mashinani party (CCM) has received over 100 politicians drawn from Jubilee Party, ODM and Ford Kenya.
Most of them hail from Nakuru, Homa Bay, Turkana, Nyamira, Narok, Kericho, Bomet and counties.
The former council of governors chairman said CCM is ready to field candidates to wrestle for the governor, senator, MP, Woman Representative and MCA seats in Jubilee strongholds in next year’s general election.
Governor Ruto in July launched CCM at Siongiroi in an event attended by thousands of supporters.
Last month, Deputy President William Ruto referred Chama Cha Mashinani party as a village political outfit.
"Isaac Ruto is a good leader. But his political move to form a village party has worsened his political career. CCM party does not represent the people of Bomet County but Isaac Ruto's village," said Ruto.
