Opposition coalition NASA has been handed a major boost following a resolution by a section of their supporters based abroad to fundraise for the outfit.

The fundraiser is aimed at collecting funds for NASA candidate Raila Odinga ahead of the October 26 repeat elections.

Speaking during a dinner dance party held in New Jersey, one of the group's member, George Omburo, observed that NASA needed a well-oiled campaign to trounce Jubilee during the polls.

“While Jubilee coalition has government resources at it’s disposal, Nasa which is a mass movement is relying on the goodwill of its supporters both at home and abroad,” he said.

In a clear show of solidarity with Kenyans, the group staged anti-IEBC protests at the United Nations offices in New York, demanding for reforms at the IEBC.

Similar protests are set to be rolled out in other states including Dallas, Texas in the coming weeks.
