Kwale County Governor Salim Mvurya alongside his Deputy Fatuma Achani on Wednesday opened the revamped Mwanda health facility and a laboratory.
Citizens from Mwanda and its environs can now access more quality medical services from the refurbished services.
"Currently we have construction of Mgandini, Chilumani and Kalalani dispensaries on going. Our target is to improve the access to health services and facility by our people," said Mvurya.
He indicated that he also commissioned the rehabilitation of Mwanda-Matumbi water pipeline which will ensure access to clean water by Kwale people.
"This is a working county government and as Governor together with the Deputy Governor we’ll endeavor to serve our people’s interests at all times."
He was accompanied by me Mwavumbo MCA Chitumbo among other County officials.
