According to ODM treasurer Timothy Bosire, the UhuRuto team has panicked for fear of an election defeat next year forcing them to accuse foreign powers of funding the opposition to overthrow the government in 2017.

"After change, it will not be business as usual, for those who have committed crimes will be brought to bear."
Jubilee government has been accused of several scandals with the latest being the Sh5.3 billion Afya House scam.
The Sh250 billion Eurobond scandal is yet to be convincingly addressed with the opposition accusing the government of burdening Kenyans by borrowing funds which are being stolen without benefiting the country.
