Raila is facing a dilemma in his Cord coalition with co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper) and Moses Wetangula (Ford-Kenya), demanding that he backs them for the top job.

And now Bosire believes that the veteran politician should be given another chance to run for the presidency, expressing his optimism that he will be declared the victor in the 2017 polls.

“When I look around and see people in the opposition, I strongly believe that Raila still has the zeal and energy that one takes to be president. He's fit for the top job and this is the time we need to unite behind him and get rid of Jubilee,” said the ODM national Treasurer.

“Next year’s elections need someone with experience to floor the Jubilee government. I completely have confidence in Raila hence the question as to whether who would carry our mantle should not arise at all. This is his opportune time to take us to the desired destination,” he said.

Bosire is the senior most ODM politician from Gusii region and has previously vowed to spend his resources to ensure Raila wins especially in the ever unsettled Gusiiland.
