The Orange party has been facing resistance in the region with a number of leaders among them Kisii Senator Chris Obure showing intentions of working with the Jubilee administration.

And on Wednesday during the issuance of cheque at Eronge Primary, Bosire said maintained that Raila should not worry about the inroads made by Jubilee and insisted the region was in his safe hands.

“There is nothing for Raila to worry about in the Gusii region. I will single-handedly campaign for him and deliver the victory. I am ready to spend so that we seal the crucial victory in this region because we have a mission to deliver,” he said.

“Jubilee cannot be allowed to penetrate in our strongholds and I will do all I can to ensure they are completely locked out of our zones. I don’t have to overwork my party leader because it’s unnecessary,” he said.

On recent the defections by a number of leaders among them Kitutu Chache South’s Richard Onyonka to Jubilee, Bosire said the move was ‘insignificant’, and dared the rebels to officially resign from the party.

“The defections are non-issues because the party is ever strong. The move was insignificant and my prayer is that they should consider resigning to make their threat real,” he added.
