Bosire remarks come at the time when the party is witnessing rivalry between the incumbent Governor John Nyagarama and West Mugirango MP James Gesami who has also declared an interest in the top county seat.

The outspoken MP on Wednesday while addressing residents of Nyariacho insisted that he will stay neutral until the party picks a candidate through a nomination.

”I know some of you want to declare who I support for governorship but I want to make it clear today that I am supporting an ODM candidate. That is my party and I will stand with it all the time,” he said.

“We haven’t gone for nominations to pick our candidate and believe me that whoever wins the party ticket will get my support without any question but for now, let’s work with the current leadership,” he said.

Both Nyagarama and Gesami are understood to be lobbying the support of Bosire who also doubles as ODM national treasurer.
