Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has maintained his innocence over the hate speech charges against him claiming Jubilee is trying to silence the Opposition by targeting key legislators.
Bosire who spoke during his homecoming, said he returned home to clear matters to his constituents that he never uttered anything that could land him in police cells.
"I am innocent and the only thing I told the President is to caution his members against using language that can divide Kenyans along tribal lines," said Bosire on Sunday.
The ODM national treasurer said he will remain loyal in Cord, and will never give up in fighting for Kenyans rights. He added that police cells will not silence him either.
"Am looking forward for a better governance in our country Kenya. I too will be the president of Kenya some day and I won't allow to be silenced as early as this," said Bosire.
