Bosire, who was addressing thousands of opposition supporters on Thursday, said that the community would vote against the government due to its 'poor' development record.

He accused Jubilee campaign team led by Kisii senator Chris Obure of allegedly imposing Jubilee administration on the people of Gusii.

"We are strongly united behind Raila Odinga because he has always fought for our interests. The president should spare his campaign resources in Gusii and take them elsewhere," he said.

"Those running around with looted resources should not mislead the president that he will score. We cannot allow a government that has specialised on looting and dividing Kenyans to win an election," he added.

The ODM National Treasurer has been critical of Jubilee government and is on record for defying a number of President Uhuru Kenyatta's orders among them failing to stand in honour of soldiers who died in Somalia last year in parliament.
